Our TempsPlus Applicant Tracking feature can begin with our Online Application process that allows all interested candidates to apply electronically. Their application is initially reviewed, then, with a single click automatically imported into our software with any attached resume the candidate may have provided.

Now from within TempsPlus, the applicant’s information can be pulled by one or several criteria including, skill matches with client openings, experience, location, language, skills, desired salary, transportation availability, etc.

Our automated response notification system can trigger email notifications along the way. You can define automatic email messages to be sent (once they have been accepted/rejected into TempsPlus) keeping the candidate informed along the way. Once they are accepted into TempsPlus you can use our Reach Out feature to stay in contact, via text/email, and schedule their initial interviews.

Interview notes, appointments, skill sets, and personal evaluations can be entered into the central database where it can be instantly accessed.

Our ATS is also very easily customizable. Every staffing company looks to capture different information in a different manner. That is why we give you the ability to set things up the way you want them.

If you are looking to capture information about your applicants that is not currently available, simply setup your “Other Applicants” screen to capture whatever you would like. You can set up numerous fields and control the design/layout.

When the decision to hire is made, our fully integrated Onboarding and Benefits Management solutions can take over to ensure all the necessary forms and documents are completed and electronically signed to stay fully compliant. Other regulatory notices, company policies, rate of pay, training received, etc. are also acknowledged by the new hire and electronically signed and securely stored.
