“Applicant Tracking” is a TempsPlus major staffing software feature that is actually combination of several features that creates an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). A central database securely stores all applicant, new hires, and regular employee’s data. This information can then be processed by any number of criteria and instantly retrieved.

This  is an organizational necessity for any modern professional staffing company!

Our TempsPlus Applicant Tracking System (ATS) feature can begin with our Online Application process that allows all interested candidates to apply electronically. Online applicants can also attach a resume. This entire digital application and resume is initially reviewed, then, with a single click, it automatically imports the data into our software. Other applicant data is entered as a result of interviews, skill testing, security investigations, E-Verify,  Onboarding and other sources.

Once the data is entered into TempsPlus, the applicant’s information can be processed and accessed  by one or several criteria that includes, skill matches with client openings, level of experience, location, language, skills, desired salary, transportation availability, etc.

Part of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) feature enables  a user to create automatic email messages to be sent to your applicants, keeping them informed during the initial screening process.  Once their basic application has been accepted and entered into TempsPlus software you can use our Reach Out feature to stay in contact via text and email to schedule their initial interviews, skill testing, training sessions etc..

These interview notes, skill sets, and personal evaluations, etc are entered into the applicant’s file. These data points, as well as all other information, can be instantly processed (skill matches, etc.) and accessed instantly.

Our staffing software’s “Applicant Tracking System (ATS)” can also be easily customized. Many staffing companies look to capture additional  information in a different manner (Social Media profiles and postings).  We have built-in a customization feature to allows you to set things up the way you want them.

Whenever  you are looking to capture other information about your applicants that is not currently available, simply setup your “Other Applicant info” screen to capture whatever you would like. You can set up numerous fields and control the design/layout.

When the decision to hire is made, our fully integrated Onboarding and Benefits Management solutions can take over to ensure all the necessary forms and documents are completed. These documents are, then, electronically signed to keep  your company fully compliant with applicable regulatory requirements as well as company policies, rate of pay, training received, etc.. All of these are acknowledged by the new hire by signature and securely stored.
