“Lunch with Bridgeware” – Software Training and Support Webinar
“Lunch with Bridgeware” is an informal, staffing software training and support webinar for Bridgeware’s TempsPlus software.
The meetings are held every Friday at noon from September through May. Notices are sent out, via email, to all clients informing them of what topic(s) will be covered at the next Friday webinar. Anyone interested should sign up (See sign-up form on this page)
The topics are based on feedback from clients during routine support calls or on some of our newer features.
For example, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic our software development team created a tool to help our clients manage a new federal support program for their employees. This program called; “Families First Coronavirus Response Act” or FFCRA became the topic of two “Lunch with Bridgeware” webinars. The law and the fully integrated software tool to help with its implementation were discussed. We also published a blog article on this topic.
Since our webinar space is usually limited, interested clients or their staff persons, are asked to register early. If there is a “full house”, we will schedule another session the following Friday.
For “one on one” help with any of our software features, our support staff can easily access your computer screen and walk you through any TempsPlus feature. (Text link at top left of our “Support”page “Give Tech Control”)
